World-famous cereal, Cheerios, has made a bold statement to remind us that we can all chip in to help save our bees, our crops and thus save ourselves in turn. Buzz the Bee (Cheerios mascot) disappeared off the front of the cereal boxes to ignite questions from their humungous customer base. In response, they launched their #BringBackTheBees campaign.
Teaming up with Veseys Seeds, Cheerios revived the nostalgic feeling for children with a ‘special insert’ in every box. They surpassed their own distribution and sales expectations and have since committed to planting over 3000ha of pollen-rich flowers alongside their crops.
